Cancellation Policy

Payment:

A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is required to confirm all bookings.  Payment in full is required upon check in.  Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or Diners.  Cheques must clear prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits will only be refunded, less an administration fee of $30, if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.  If you provide less than 30 days notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the site or cabin is resold, less a cancellation fee of $30.00 per site.  Additional terms and conditions may apply during peak periods.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are not available for early departure from pre-booked accommodation and no refunds apply for cancellation during times of peak demand (Summer school holidays, Easter and Folk Festival).
